In order to apply your student visa by university, you need to pay your EMGS visa fee (Government of Malaysia visa fee) directly to university in order to apply your Malaysia Student Visa by university.
Once university receives your EMGS Visa Fee which is approximately RM3500, your student visa will be applied by the university and you’ll be able to track the student visa status on EMGS official website.
Once your EMGS status shows 70%, it means your eVAL (electronic Visa Approval Letter) is approved.
Now you’re ready to make your travel arrangements and need to pay your university fee as mentioned in Offer Letter.
